THE DEMISE OF THE PHARAOH’S PALACES

March 31, 2005

Ladies and Gentlemen:  The Day of the LORD is at hand!

With this day come the severe judgments of God upon the wicked and all disobedience (Colossians 3:6; Ephesians 5:6).  God has said through the scripture that He will start in His own House (Ezekiel 9:6; 1Peter 4:17-18).  Many judgments will fall upon those who have professed faith in Jesus Christ.  Why?  God has given many ministries a space in which to repent but they have not heeded the Spirit (Revelation 2:21).  God has sent many prophets and servants to voice His call for repentance.  But they would not listen.

I will tell you plainly what I am saying.  There are many ministries in “churchianity” that are not servants of God but are servants of self.  This is idolatry, for God has said, “rebellion is as witchcraft and to be self-willed is as the sin of iniquity and idolatry”

(1 Samuel 15:23a).

The “ministries” in which I speak serve their own agenda and dreams of grandeur.  They emphasize the building and not building the people!  They dream of being admired for their skills as if they weren’t completely dependant upon the grace and gift of God.  They glory in self.  They seek the honor of man and not the honor that comes from God only (John 5:44).  They love to be praised by the people.  They lift themselves up on a pedestal to be adored.  They love their titles.  They seek to be greeted in the community with accolades (Matthew 23).  They build monstrosities of organized religion in their own name (Genesis 11:4).  They force the people to slave in order to maintain the image of the ministry-Just like a Pharaoh of Egypt.  They make everyone serve the works of their own hands…All of this in the name of the Lord.  It is strange fire!  (Leviticus 10:1)

Jesus saw this in His day.  He called them whited sepulchers (Matthew 23:27-28).  Jesus said they appeared beautiful from the outside, but inwardly they were full of dead man’s bones and iniquity (and extortion).  You have to take a hard look at this now.  We certainly don’t want to be disrespectful or unloving, but we must understand the truth.  Jesus said there would be wheat and tares growing together but indicated leaving the tares alone because pulling up the tares might disrupt some of the wheat as well.  However, at the second coming of Christ, he is sending his angels to separate the tares from the wheat (Matthew 13:24-30).  He will pluck up every planting that was not planted by the Father (Matthew 15:13).  The light will come to expose the truth of the darkness masquerading as the light.  You are just about to see these things come to pass.  There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 25:30).  That is why we should all examine ourselves to see if we are genuine and not reprobate (2Corinthians 13:5).  Disown the hidden things of dishonesty (2Corinthians 4:2).  Be the children of light (Ephesians 5:8; 1Thessalonians 5:5).

It is sad.  Many of us have loved or cared for these types of deluded ministries.   We liked their personalities.  God gave them space, but the space for grace they did not embrace.  And now is the hour of judgment.  The fire of God is kindled in the camp.  It tries the works.  It reveals the truth (1 Corinthians 3).

The whited Sepulcher ministries use God’s gifts and callings for their own fleshly lusts.  They speak the words of God but are not known by Him.  Many of them prophesy and perform great manifestations of God; yet, they are lawless (Matthew 7:21-24).  Others show no power or display of God’s Spirit, but promote the wonder of their words.  They love to hear themselves speak.  You can get your own copy of their message “by giving a gift of $20 or more…”Some take advantage of their authority by extracting money from God’s people (extortion).  They live in great surroundings but give little care to the flock of God.  Many of these ministries teach a false message that gain is godliness (1Timothy 6:5-11; 17-19).  They believe in error God’s endorsement comes by prosperity.  Therefore, they must have an increase in money as their “budded Aaron’s rod” --indicating God’s supposed endorsement.  However, let the truth be known, that God endorses His messengers with His own Spirit (Isaiah 61; 11:1-5; Acts 2:22; 1John 2:27).

I wouldn’t discuss this with you normally.  However, due to the times and what I believe is about to take place I feel I should prepare you.  Many will wonder what happened after the hand of God topples the exalted ministry (Isaiah 2:11,12,17).  Why such great and glorious churches become desolate and decayed.  Why would Jesus say, “Depart from me, I never knew you, you workers of iniquity” (Matthew 7:21-23; Luke 13:27-28).

I must tell you something that God showed me very recently.  God has said that He will uncover the hidden things done in the secret (Ephesians 5:6-12-13; Luke 12:1-5).  God has revealed that His face is against those who fortify, strengthen, serve, support, aid or agree with the lies or illusions.  He showed me they wink in harmony and shake the hands in agreement; though they know what is done in the name of the LORD is a sham.  It’s pretend.  Many will do so because they fear man, they desire the monetary gain or position they hold, or, desire to maintain their “belonging” to the thing.  He showed me that they that do this are a brother to the Satanist and their sister is the Occult.

What can you say?  It is largely the peoples’ fault for allowing such a corrupt system (Jeremiah 5:30-31).  If we really just read and observed the scripture so much of the error and the false religious system would not be in existence.  It’s the people that offer their lives and substance as a meal offering to the god of religion.  This god would die if the multitudes didn’t feed it.  But no.  The people love to belong to the “biggest”, “best”, “tallest”, and “most beautiful” or “influential”.  Because of this type of vanity, the multitudes are swallowed up whole by the false god of religion that acts like a giant mouthed Moloch gobbling everything in sight.  Gulp-gulp-gulp.

In Mark 10:42-45, Jesus chides the lordship of the gentiles because they exercise authority over the people.  He says, “it shall not be so amongst you.  He that is greatest among you will be the servant of all”.  If Jesus got on his hands and knees to wash his disciples’ feet, shouldn’t his ministers follow suit?  I mean in spirit and attitude not merely washing of feet as a pretense.  We have leaders today that arrive in limousines and chariots flowing in the clouds with an array of armor guards to keep the people at bay…It makes you wonder why Jesus chose to arrive in Jerusalem riding on a young donkey…(Zechariah 9:9; Matthew 21:5)

The scripture says that the people are to know those that labor amongst you and are over you in the Lord (1Thessalonians 5:12).  How many “parishners” really know their leaders?  I speak of transparency not necessarily social friendships.  A great abuse of scripture is used when the “leaders” teach that you shall not ”touch the LORD’s anointed”…(Psalms 105:15) Oh my.  Please read the context of this scripture!

Do you realize that God would not let Moses enter the land of promise because he failed to obey and reflect God properly to the people?  Do you think that God would allow Moses to murder, steal, commit adultery, or be guilty of pedophilia or some other horrendous evil and not shout it from the rooftop?  He certainly would!  God sanctifies Himself in judgment (Isaiah 5:16).

You better realize that no one gets away with sin!  No one!  God is not the respecter of persons (Acts 10:34).  This is clearly an abuse of scripture by those who use it to isolate ministries from accountability.  In reality, they should really desire it.  Perhaps if they did follow this humility, they would not be destroyed in their despair of sin.

We as Christians are ordered to love God as the 1st commandment and to love our neighbor as our self as the 2nd commandment.  In following these two commandments, no Christian would gossip, lie or falsely accuse anyone, especially not a servant of God!  Love does no ill to his neighbor (Romans 13:10).  This is what should be taught and not the precept of man that creates a doctrine out of a principle.  Teaching that ministries are above approach distorts the above-mentioned scripture and makes leaders unaccountable for their behavior.

Let’s make it clear right now.  The whole issue first and foremost in this hour is THE FEAR OF THE LORD!!  This is why God is judging.  He will be feared.  Period.  By all.  Period.  Please consider the following:

“Against an elder receive not an accusation but by two or three witnesses.  Them that sin rebuke before all that others also may fear” Then Paul says by the Holy Spirit, ”I charge you before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect holy angels, that you observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.”  I Timothy 5:19-21)

Does that text make you tremble?  Have you ever heard the Spirit say the day would come when the fear of the LORD would return to the “Church” as it was in the Book of Acts?  (Acts 5:1-16)  You may recall the story of a man and wife that conspired to lie and pretend about their giving to God in the assembly.  They were acting something that wasn’t the truth.  Then they were dead.   God is awesome!  Jesus.  Ohhhh.  Listen.  It’s true he came riding meekly on a young donkey as recorded in the gospel of Matthew.  But, let’s make sure everyone understands that when Jesus is seen again, he will be fierce in power and authority.  He comes in the sheer glory of God the Father and all His holy angels will accompany him.  He will tred the winepress of the wrath of Almighty God. Jesus is the one appointed by the Father to execute judgment because he is the son of man (John 5:27; Revelation 19:11-18).

Look.  I am not trying to be critical.  I am trying to get you to notice something perhaps you hadn’t noticed before.  Let the tares and wheat grow together.  Let the blind lead the blind.  Let the dead bury their dead.  But, as for you, seek the Living Father and glorify His son Jesus Christ.  Surrender to him.  Be teachable, transformable.  This is what God is seeking (Isaiah 57:15).

Get free of serving man.  Get free of error, lies and deception.  Humble yourself before the LORD.  Cry out to Him that He recover you from the snare of the evil one.  Ask Him to teach you.  Of course He will.  Just be faithful with little so He can give you more.  Love the truth.  Stand for the truth.  Don’t worry that people won’t like you for it.  So what if the religious systems casts you out.  Consider the reward.

Remember.  “Church” comes from a Greek word meaning “called out”.  Are you called out?  Is your church called out?  Do you think churchianity is called out?  Really?  Does Jesus call it “called out”?  Consider the following New Testament scripture:

And what agreement has the temple of God with idols?  For you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.  Wherefore come out from among them, and be you separate, says the LORD, and touch not the unclean thing: and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters says the Lord Almighty.  Having therefore these promises dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God”.

(2Corinthians 6:16-7:1)

Let’s talk about what we should be looking for and participating with our lives in these days.  First things first.  Seek the face of God.  Wait upon Him.  Let Him change you.  You need your visitation with God.  Meet Him on a deeply personal level.  Have you noticed in the book of Revelation how the elders, angels and redeemed who are in the heavens are prostrate on their face before God? (Rev. 4:10; 5:13-14; 7:11)  I believe this is where we begin from here.

To be continued Lord willing.
