CONVOLUTED:
The
Way of Deception part 1.

I
have been pondering a word over the last few days.
"CONVOLUTED”.
This word comes to me as I process
various voices
out there...
Most of the time you can hear something true but in
the mix of falsehoods to one degree or another.
I thought to
myself, it means, to 'within fold', to create a mixture.
When
you experience someone presenting dialogue and it comes across to you
as convoluted, it means it is not clear but muddy. It has the
sense of confusion and creates questions. The diatribe has things
true, not true, and nay have a mixture of the two.
The truth
of God is simple. It is pure, easy and without hypocrisy.
A child can get it. We know we are commanded of Jesus to be as
children so we may enter the Kingdom of God.
God is either
revealing or concealing. He reveals to the babes and conceals
from the wise and prudent.
Jesus Himself declared that He came
to bring judgment and that those who see may be made blind.
Those blind He would grant sight. This is hard for most to
fathom. But, it is the truth and what He says, said and
continues to say.
Truth
is the issue.
In the
land of Israel, religious corrupt idolatrous Israel, the truth had
perished from the land, Jeremiah cried.
What is any different
today among the religious Christ professing rejecting world?
Lies
of every kind are mislabeled as truth. But the discerning ones
of Jesus can see the difference. They spit out the vile
falsehood. The ones who are drunk on the elixir of the world
drink it down anyway. Chug chug chug. They are like
drunken sailors on leave. They slur their song, "How dry I
am..." . And it is true. They are dry as a bone
burned in the scorching sun of the desert. Without God, without
living Water, twice dead, plucked up by the roots, without any
fruit.
In recent times, I have spoken of the parallel of that
which becomes petrified. As a tree that absorbs minerals from
earth and becomes harder than a rock, though it still looks like a
tree. There are so many today that are petrified "Christians".
They look and may sound like a believer in Jesus, but they are dead,
dumb, and without the Spirit. They have no clue what the Lord
is speaking or even care to. That is why they became dead as a
door nail.
I wish to elaborate on the process of deception
that goes on all the time. It is important. Jesus warned
of it. The sent ones known as apostles wrote of it by the
Spirit of God. "Watch out!" Beware.
Take heed! Of what? Murderers, scammers, bank robbers, or
the like? No. What did Jesus tell us to beware of?
Wolves in sheep's clothing. The many false prophets!
Paul
spent three years night and day weeping and warning of this fact.
Wolves are coming into the flock and will not spare the sheep.
Others will come in and lead would-be disciples into leaving Jesus in
order to follow them. That goes on all time on every corner, every
church, every religious broadcasting system to this day. It's
true.
Convoluted.
The Kingdom of God is likened to leaven Jesus said. It is like
leaven, that a "WOMAN" took, and HID into three measures of
meal until the whole thing was leavened. There you go.
That is convoluted.
Another thing that I was urged to ponder
today was the idea of " past
feeling”. This is a quote from Paul speaking of those who are
darkened and alienated from God, and have a hard heart—calloused
beyond any sense of right and wrong. The warning here is deep and
vast. It entails the idea of those who convolute the truth. They
twist the truth, roll aspects of truth with falsehood. They are
synthesizers. Mixing up principles and doctrines both of God and
Satan. Yet, as Peter warned, many people forsake the truth for
promoters of all kinds of falsehood having itching ears. They
actually collect teachers as some collect stamps or other
“collectibles”.
If you are one who insists on
the truth, then none other than Jesus Christ as the teacher will do.
He commands, “Come to Me. Learn from Me. Follow Me”.
But do people? That is the question. If you are young in Jesus and
are sincere to follow Him, you realize quickly that there is a lot of
mixture out there. A lot of convoluted religion. It's a mixed bag
of sorts.
And here we are at the last days. The greatest time
of deception unfolding. The set up of the one world government and
religion. The blind guides leading the gullible and spiritually
blind right into the snare which Jesus warns. They pay these
masqueraders. They give them praise and set them up on the stage at
a podium for crying out loud.
This is the reality right here
and now.
So, as the Spirit of God leads me today, I am doing
the study of texts which address this process.
Ephesians
4:14, 19 and 6:11.
Paul
urged in this letter to saints 'not to be as children--
tossed
to and fro';
'or, 'carried
about by
every wind of doctrine'...
NOTE THE NEXT FOUR WORDS DESCRIBING
THE DECEPTIVE MODE OF CONVOLUTION!
Trickery--'kubos'
as in cube/dice;
Craftiness--'panourgia'
Deceitful--'plane'
Schemings--'methodia';
translated WILES in Ephesians 6:11.
The wiles—schemes,
trickery, plot of the devil.
The ones that teach in this way
are either never tasted of the gospel and became converted. Or, they
are ones that had once tasted of the goodness of God only to leave ,
depart, cease from abiding. To leave, depart or not abide, are all
the same thing. See John 15 about the difference between abiding or
leaving Jesus. One who abides bears the fruit of Jesus. The ones
departing wither, become broken off, thrown down, and later to be
burned in unquenchable fire.
To play the part of loving God
when you truly do not, is one of the highest crimes against God which
He hates. He hates lip service. He despises insinerity play acting
of anykind. Do not do it! EVER.
And, I dare say, there are
ones today that are acting the part as Christians---in true art of
the hypocrite, deceiving and being deceived those who they can
encumber. And how do they do it? By convoluting the truth. Mixing
God's Word with their own. Blending and synthesizing truth with
falsehood. Using buzzwords, jargon, cliches, and religious
platitudes, they lead the multitudes astray from the truth that is in
Jesus. This is plainly expressed in Ephesians 4. Speak the truth.
Be renewed in the mind. Be pure and humble loving one another.
Follow Jesus and forsake the masters of religion of every kind.
Read
this in Ephesians 4. Jesus is the light of the world. Following Him
means you will not walk in darkness and falsehood. He is the way,
the truth, and the life. To follow Jesus and have the Holy Spirit as
your one and only teacher, is to learn from Jesus. As Paul
urged...
In putting away the corruption, put on the new man,
being renewed...
You have not so learned Christ, if so be that
you have heard Him, been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus.
But woe woe woe unto those following others other than Jesus
Christ. They have followed the antichrists right into the ditch of
darkness.
