They That Wink

Or,

The Doom Of The Mythmakers

When you were a child did you believe there was a Santa Claus?  How about a tooth fairy?  You probably did as most children are taught to believe in these myths by adults.  What a shame.  Parents and the adults of society mislead and lie to children about such mythological characters.  Oh, you say, it’s just an innocent tradition.  Please try to understand my point as I discuss those who wink with eye and deceive others—children and adults alike.

When myths are propagated to others, especially children, it is an abuse of authority.  It is also taking advantage of the innocence or trust of another.  This is contemptible.  God hates it.  God hates lies.  He also hates liars…they will not stand in His presence--according to the scripture that is.

(Proverbs 6:16; Psalms 101:7)

Today we have great and mighty leaders that are experts of lying--both secular and religious.  They wink to each other that are “in” on their lying as they spout their illusions and deceive the simple.  They slap each other on the back in support of each other’s display of acting ability.  Men and women alike are joining arm-in-arm and playing the childhood game of “I’ll scratch your back if you scratch my back”.  These are commitments and covenants of deception that people have agreed behind closed doors.  Those who do this think that nobody knows or sees.  But this is untrue.  God knows.  And He lets His abiding ‘little ones’ know so as to protect them from the delusions of the deluders.

God doesn’t want His children believing lies.  He will do all He can to protect them from this.  This is why He has given the inspired scripture and the Holy Spirit to guide us into the truth.  But, the scripture proclaims that evil men will become worst and worst both deceiving and being deceived. (2Timothy 3:13).  I hate being lied to.  How about you?

Today we have the greatest nation of modern times drunk with self-delusion.  It believes it is impervious—that nothing will ever go wrong.  It is strong headed and refuses to hear the rebuke of truth.  It insists on its illusions of delusions.  It says in its heart, “Don’t tell me the truth--I will believe what I want to believe…” Just like those who say, “Don’t confuse me with the facts, I like the fairy tale better”.

Gardening Basics 101

What you plant will grow.  An apple seed will grow an apple tree.  Whatever kind of seed is planted will determine what is harvested.  These statements are simply what the bible has said, “What a man sows he shall also reap”.  (Galatians 6:7)

A nation that rejects the truth for lies is doomed.  The truth of God’s Word is forever settled in the heavens.  His truth endures throughout eternity.  But, the myths and lies of men shall surely come to an end.  Woe unto those who have preferred the vanity of the lies of men.  For the mighty wind of God will blow and all of the falsehoods that men, women and children have founded their lives upon will vanish away as chaff.

Psalms 101:

 1.  I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O Lord, will I sing.

 2.  I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

 3.  I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.

 4.  A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

 5.  Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

 6.  Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.

 7.  He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

8.      I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the Lord.
