Sunday MOURNING

Today as I look to the Lord and muse on His Word, I have the desire to communicate to people the reality that religion is not the Kingdom of God, it is not salvation, it is not the gospel of Jesus, nor is it walking with the Lord or His light. Religion is religion. It is the work of man. Like a can of food, grocery shelves are full of them of every kind of product one can imagine. And so is religion, imaginations of men canned for purchase by the buyers. Take your pick. But you will never find the Lord in a can.

I was listening to a You Tube presentation that I sovereignly came across today, and it was a parody of church music over the years. The common techniques used in entertaining and persuading audiences. Of course there is the ever present Stage for the performers; as well as the pews for the spectators. Again, this is the not Kingdom of God; nor is it the assembly of Jesus Christ the saints—the holy ones of the Lord. It is religion. I write this today calling it, “SUNDAY MOURNING”. For this is so grieving.

As I first pondered this today, how do I communicate this to people? There are so many people entwined in varying forms of religion but have not found the true joy that comes in finding the real Jesus Christ. They have tastes of Him here and there, and seeing Him afar here and there; or even have heard Him a tad bit here and there. But they largely have not found Him.

“Seek Me with your whole heart and you will find Me”, says the Lord. There you go. That's where you will find the Lord. That is, if you really want Him. Or is it?

The Lord Jesus is higher than the heavens and separate from sinners. He is absolutely faithful and true. He is the real deal; the very glory of God revealed. He is the image of the invisible God. He is the Lord. He is the King. He sits at the right hand of the Father. He speaks. Few listen.

The Lord invited those who labor and are heavy burdened to come to Him. But do they? He calls them to learn FROM Him. But do they? He say, “take My yoke upon you. My yoke is easy and My burden is light. You will find rest to your souls”. That's the fact per Jesus recorded in Matthew 11:28-30.

Ahhh, but there is more to this. There is an equation written in scripture to find this eternal life and bliss. It requires all, a total surrender and abandonment of your own life, your own pursuits, your own passions outside of the love for God and others. It requires a cross. You have to be on that cross; bringing to death all opposition to the source of life that is in Jesus. You have to do this daily, and then follow the Lord in resurrected power.

Who wants that? Not many. It is also written that this is a strait gate and narrow way. Not many will go that way. That's the fact. Look around and see. You can know its true just by looking around at the religious church-goers. They are on a different road; a broad way and wide gate that leads to destruction. “By their fruit you shall know them”.

The religious systems that are manufactured and sold, largely, do not want people to find the Lord. They encourage people to go on in their own fleshly worldly pursuit of happiness. The leaders of these groups put themselves in the place of Jesus as a master teacher, on payola, esteemed as the spiritual one, the very oracle of God. A mediator to the Mediator Jesus. The demands they make upon the purchasers of this heaven they promote demand a tax they call, “tithe”. Usually they threaten that the people must “come to church” in order to fulfill their religious duty of “assembling”. They lie.

I call this, “Sunday Mourning”. It is a cry.

Jesus spoke of the Pharisees and scribes who would cross land and sea to make a proselyte. A great effort was made to capture men. Jeremiah spoke of this too as the religious heretics trapped men as birds. Jer. 5:26-27. Jesus comes to set men free. Religious men come in His name to enslave them. Grievous things are then put on men's shoulders while the religious men that govern the cult won't touch their own commandments with a finger. They promise liberty to people but are themselves slaves of corruption and to the tyrant the devil.

I am speaking of churches.
The Word of God speaks of an assembly—called out people. “Living stones”, Peter called them in 1Peter 2. Paul called the holy ones in faith and love “saints”. A dwelling place of God through the Spirit. A house, or temple as typically understood, made without hands. Get that? Not by man. But of God. It is that which is truly in Jesus and has Jesus as HEAD. He speaks. His beloved listen. He delivers and His people faithfully declare what He has done.
Stay with the facts of the Word. The “it is written”. The “church” that Jesus builds, in which the gates of hell shall not prevail, is not even a “church”. It is an ekklesia. It is not a brick and mortar thing. It is not a corporation or institutional form of religion called a “church”. It is not a branded franchise of religious men. Christ's body is NOT divided. There is one fold, one flock, one faith, one Lord, one Spirit, one Shepherd, one doctrine. It all comes from and is in the Lord Jesus Christ. Anything outside of Him is not of Him. Period. That's the truth.

People are confused and duped. The tradition of men has taken its effect on the religion of Christianity. The same thing that transpired with ancient Israel and Judah has occurred upon Churchianity. They have been beguiled and spoiled by man bringing forth the traditions of men, vain philosophy, vain deceit and all through cunning craft and highly skilled fair speeches and good words. Col. 2. These masqueraders purposefully deceive and lead away from the Lord and the false prophets before them and Balaam. Loving the reward and hire, due to their craving covetousness, they have left the right way and gone astray...it is written! Deceiving and being deceived.

When people truly seek the Lord they will find Him. If they are trying to please man and fear man, then they will not find Him. If they will not stand for the truth as revealed to them; then they will fall into the mire of deceit and fraud.

If it is not Jesus you must have; then you will settle for almost anything. Even cans of church. No life, no power, little truth, no purity, and certainly no Jesus.

Run for your life.
Run to Jesus. The Shepherd of your souls. Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Believe the gospel. Lay down your life. Seek Him. Hear and see what He will speak. Obey Him. He will lead you the way into eternal. The way of Life. Follow Him. Forsake your broken cisterns that offer polluted waters of corruption.

The Word of God is pure.
The word of man is not.
The churches need revival for they are dead. The system is dead. The system is “out of order”. It does not work. It is not ordained by God. It is iniquitous. It is not wrought in God. Therefore it a church of death. A bundle bundled to be burned. Repent and come outside of the corruption. God is separating the fish. He is separating the wheat from the tares. He is making a difference between he that loves Him from he that loves Him not. A clarity from he that serves Him; from him that serves him not. One day, the music stops and you are what you are. Righteous still; or wicked still. Times up. It is now time.

God is gracious and merciful. He calls, “Come to Me”. He calls, “repent of your ways”. He desires that people forsake their ways and learn from Him. He wants the church people to recover themselves from whence they are fallen and taken captive. But what do the church-goers want?

Nothing is new under the sun.
Religion is the same. Church-land is the same as the synagogue system. The synagogues had their “ruler of the synagogue” called “Pastors” in the churches.
The synagogues called their spiritual master-teacher “rabbi”. The churches call their spiritual master “pastor”, or other exalted titles. As so do the mystery religions call their masters of deceit.

The synagogues were a place where people go. The churches are places where religious people go.
The synagogues taught the doctrines of men. The churches teach doctrines of men.
The synagogues practiced their idolatrous customs. The churches maintain the same.
The synagogues were absent the presence of God. The churches are absent the presence of God for the most part. He is gracious and drawing all men to Himself. But God will not nor ever shall endorse with His Spirit the iniquitous rebellious work of man. He is separate. And, He calls His followers to be separate too, regardless of the cost. 2Cor. 6; 7:1.

What is it you want? Cans of religion? Or, the Kingdom of God?

Matthew 25.
So, the Kingdom of heaven is likened to 10 virgins. Five were wise and five were foolish. All took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. The bridegroom delayed and they all fell asleep. The midnight hour comes and they all go out to meet the bridegroom but the foolish had not oil. They asked the wise virgins to give of their oil. No, go buy your own oil, the wise virgins said. So, as the foolish virgins went to get what they needed for light in their lamps since there was no light, the Master shut the door, and the foolish virgins were on the outside in the dark knocking.
That's the picture Jesus gives of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Are you wise or are you a fool? That's the question.

Are you a grievance to God on Sunday Mourning?
Are you His praise as you delight in Him in truth daily?
You can't have both. It is one or the other. Come outside the camp and bear the reproach of Jesus Christ. The temple made by hands is controlled-demolished by the Lord. He has no pleasure in it. He mocks and laughs as this debauchery stench of religion bands together with the secular rebels of the nations. As the kings of earth set themselves and the rulers, the apostate professional charlatan religious church masters, join in allegiance and alliance AGAINST the LORD and Jesus Christ. Ha Ha Ha. They thought He did not see nor hear their plans. But the LORD knows. He sees. He hears. And He will utterly bring this Church of Deceit into judgment for its hypocrisy and lies. Praise the Lord.

No lie is of the truth.
The truth is the truth and there is no partiality. Take it or leave it.
His name is Jesus.

NOTES:
The origin of the English word “church” is not ekklesia. It is kurikos or kurikon which means, 'lord's house'. Check it out on a search. (Isaiah 66:1-2)
Truth. An ekklesia is not a kurikos. An assembly is not a “church”. That's the truth. That's the fact.
We have to adjust our use of language to reflect the truth and not the tradition of religion that altered these things to reflect their own alteration of the faith.
The work of God through the Spirit has been augmented by man into the work of man.
The Kingdom of God usurps the religious world.
And, as the Lord would sent Jesus and His servants to speak the truth to the synagogues; so to today does the Lord speak to the field of the world, secular and religious, the seed of the Word.
Repent and believe the gospel. The Kingdom of God is at hand.
The plumbline of the Lord is searching the land for that which is true, genuine and of Jesus.
